Our Referral Process

Initial Contact

Contact us by phone or email to discuss the young person's needs. We'll provide immediate feedback on potential suitability and availability.

Information Sharing

Submit referral documentation including care plans, risk assessments, and relevant reports. We'll review thoroughly within 24-48 hours.

Impact Assessment

We conduct an impact risk assessment considering the young person's needs, current residents, and our capacity to provide appropriate care.

Planning Meeting

If suitable, we arrange a placement planning meeting with all relevant parties to discuss care arrangements, timescales, and transition plans.

Pre-Placement Visit

The young person visits Berry View Homes to meet staff, see their potential room, and get a feel for the environment before making a decision.

Admission & Settling

We coordinate a smooth admission process with a comprehensive settling-in plan, ensuring the young person feels welcomed and supported from day one.
